Derrig & Talbot is a Montreal-based general contractor specializing in commercial, medical, and dental construction. We are looking for a Site Superintendent who can lead projects from mobilization through final delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations from mobilization through final delivery.
Coordinate subcontractors, specialists, and trades to maintain the schedule.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
Read and interpret commercial construction drawings.
Resolve issues quickly and maintain site productivity.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized jobsite.
Communicate regularly with project managers, professionals, and clients.

Job requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising commercial construction sites.
Experience with medical, dental, or other specialized fit-outs is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors at the same time.
Strong ability to read plans, specifications, and schedules.
Knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code and health and safety practices.
Valid driver’s licence.
Fluency in French; functional English to collaborate with certain partners.
Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software is an asset.
